Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do you provide pest control for my house?
A: No, unfortunately we do not provide those services. We can, however, recommend companies that we work closely with who can assist.
Q: What is fumigation?
A: Fumigation is a method of pest control that completely fills an area with a gaseous pesticide. It is a highly regulated industry, with only a handful of qualified technicians and companies capable of completing the work.
Q: Does fumigation damage the produce?
A: Some produce can be susceptible to fumigation burn, however through the use of our state of the art chambers (temperature controlled, blast chilling etc) and our practices, we are able to minimise the risk of damaged goods.
Q: Is there any gas residue on the fruit or vegetables after you have fumigated them?
A: Absolutely not. We use a non-residual fumigant and ensure the goods are sufficiently ventilated before releasing them to you.
Q: Can I just bring something to you to be fumigated?
A: Unless there is a Direction to Fumigate issued by a governing authority, we are unable to fumigate. We can, however, assist you with obtaining the appropriate approvals to get your goods fumigated.

A: Yes, we can provide transportation of your produce from your location to our depot and return.

A: Yes! We are licensed by the Federal Department of Agriculture under Approved Arrangement 12.1 (Onshore Fumigation with Methyl Bromide). Our license number is W2014.
